We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds and exchanges on all candles that meet the following conditions:
Eligible for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds for candles that are:
· Damaged or broken upon delivery
· Defective in manufacturing or materials
· Wrong item received
Return Conditions
· Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receipt
· Photos of damaged/defective items must be provided
· Original order number and proof of purchase required
· No refunds will be given for candles damaged due to improper handling or use
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Return Process
1. Initiate Return o Contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt at info@confetti-cocktails.com
The subject should be “RETURN REQUEST ORDER # [ Place order number here]”.
Provide photos of damaged/defective item
Include order number and description of issue
2. Return Authorization
Please wait for return approval and instructions
Receive Return Authorization (RA) number
3. Refund Processing
Once approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
You will receive email confirmation of your refund
Your refund will appear on original payment method within 7-10 business days
Exchanges
Products Eligible for Exchange
All regularly priced candles are eligible for exchange
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged
Limited edition or seasonal collections are final sale
Gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
Condition Requirements
We can only accept exchanges for items that meet ALL of the following conditions:
The candle must be in new, unused condition
The glass vessel must be unbroken and unaltered
The wick must be in original condition (not trimmed or burned)
The wax must be in its original state (not melted)
All original packaging and labels must be intact
The product must not have been exposed to extreme temperatures
Time Frame
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
- Items received after the 3-day window will not be eligible for exchange
- Processing time for exchanges is typically 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item
Proof of Purchase
The following must be provided for all exchanges:
Original order number
Copy of receipt (digital or physical)
Email address used for purchase
Date of purchase
Accepted Reasons for Exchange
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
- Preference for a different scent
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged item upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt)
- Defective product
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Used or burned candles
- Items damaged due to improper handling
- Personal preference regarding scent strength
- Changes of mind on sale items
Exchange Process
1. **Initiate Exchange**
Contact customer service with your order number and exchange request at info@confetti-cocktails.com. The subject should be “EXCHANGE REQUEST ORDER # [ Place order number here]”.
Provide Accepted Reason for Exchange, Proof of Purchase (as detailed above).
After receiving and reviewing your request a you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number if all conditions are met.
Please wait for approval before shipping
2. **Return Shipping**
Package item securely using appropriate materials
Include RA number on the outside of the package
Ship to the provided address
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend tracking and insurance
Shipping for your exchanged candle will be provided at no cost to you
Shipping Guidelines
Please package your return carefully to prevent damage during transit
We recommend using bubble wrap and sturdy packaging materials (if available, suggest using packaging used to ship the candle to you)
We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping
3. **Exchange Processing**
Upon receipt, items will be inspected
Approved exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days
New item will be shipped at no additional cost
You will receive notification when your item is shipped
## Additional Terms
Only one exchange per order is permitted
Exchanges are subject to current stock availability
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that don't meet our requirements
